Interiors & Architecture
Good photography of a property’s interior communicates the essence of the space with a creative element of style, all the while ensuring a realistic appreciation of what is being presented. Whether it’s a residential property hoping to attract a new owner, a hotel wanting to convey the sense of comfort and escape that their rooms offer, or a historic building seeking to inspire visitors by their grand spaces and architecture, the right pictures will make all the difference.
Our experience shooting interiors is extensive. We have produced both pictures and videos for a wide range of holiday properties, including hotels, self-catering houses and B&Bs. We’ve also worked with an architectural firm in London, photographing their project work. Aerial photography is also part of our offering today with our drone.
When shooting interiors we don’t just show up with our cameras and lenses and other accessories. We also bring our ‘bag of tips & tricks!’ Trade secrets that have been learned over the years that means we can inject that little extra gloss to your property so it looks its absolute best. We may decide to add a little detail to a scene, or take something away. Are the reflective surfaces going to enhance or compromise the shot? How does the light fall in the room? Are we framing for space, or detail, or comfort? Can we improve the colour balance of the shot? For the image in our gallery below of the kitchen sink tap, we brought with us a bag of apples to add a sense of warmth to this empty property. Small details can transform images.
If you’re interested in having your property photographed (or videoed), get in touch here, we would be happy to discuss your project with you.
